PL and PD Insured
With Choice Painting you can rest assured that our painters are fully insured for public liability and property damage. These terms may be familiar to you as associated with the department of motor vehicles (DMV). By law, to be driven, a vehicle has to be insured for public liability and property damage (PL & PD).
What is Public Liability Insurance?
Public Liability Insurance, a.k.a., bodily injury insurance, provides cover, should our painters become liable for compensation, following injury or damage to a third party. As your contractor, our painters are covered while providing services at your home or business.
What is Property Damage Insurance?
Property Damage Insurance provides cover, should our painters become liable for compensation, following damage to property belonging to a third party. As your contractor, our painters are covered while providing services at your home or business.
Note: Our painters are also fully covered by workers' compensation insurance according to state license requirements.
